Engagement 2030

Engagement 2030

The Engagement 2030 project brings together development associations and students to develop new forms of engagement regarding education and information activities relating to the United Nations' sustainability goals. Together, we devise and implement new forms of engagement that are attractive for young people as well as providing new impulses for the associations' work.
In cooperation with three Baden-Württemberg universities, we offer courses that provide students with knowledge on development policy issues and global learning. Together with local associations, the participants develop engaging activities, which are then implemented in real laboratories. Successful forms of engagement that are located at the intersection between students' and associations' needs are then shared with other multipliers. The project will be scientifically supported by Prof. Dr. Waldenhof (cooperation partner at the Hochschule Esslingen).
