Organisational development of the Weltladen umbrella organization

As is often the case in organisational development, the first step was to find out: Where exactly is the problem? And what form of organisational development could help? It was clear that the dedicated team was able to manage a lot on its own. But there was a need to better clarify responsibilities.
The process was planned by finep in collaboration with a small steering group. It started with individual interviews, whose results were shared and discussed in a team meeting. Overall, finep moderated four team meetings. The Weltladen umbrella organization has developed a new structure that optimizes its decision-making processes. The team was actively involved in the entire process. As a result, it took a little longer than originally planned. However, the result is sustainable and will be further developed by the team itself in its day-to-day work.
