Framework concept for neighborhood work in Esslingen
“Pooling resources” – that was the goal of developing a concept for community work in the city of Esslingen. The various organizations engaged in this field were to be actively involved in the process.
finep advised the city’s Community Coordination Office in designing the process and facilitated workshops with key stakeholders. Through this participatory approach, the concept successfully integrated the knowledge and perspectives of local professionals while defining a shared quality standard that all participating organizations can support. The concept was drafted by the Community Coordination Office and adopted by the city’s Social Affairs Committee in May 2024.
