GROUNDBREAKERS in detail:
- 2 Workshops, 1 Goal: Taking action together locally.
- Free of charge – there are no costs for the workshops or the campaign!
- We are happy to come to you or organize a venue in your area – whatever suits you best.
The workshops are individually tailored to your prior knowledge and wishes. Both in terms of content and time.
Workshop 1: Change of perspective on soil
The first half-day workshop focuses on soil justice. Creative methods encourage exchange and invite participants to shift perspectives – aha moments guaranteed!
We ask ourselves questions such as “Who owns the soil?”, “What does the soil have to do with the climate?” and “How do we shape our future?”
Workshop 2: Innovation Lab and Capacity Building
In the second half-day workshop, you will develop your own project! We support you with hands-on training tailored to your needs – and accompany you with coaching all the way to implementation.
Step 3: Taking Action Locally
Now it’s getting concrete! Implement your projects in your community and make a real impact – we provide the funding, you bring the ideas to life!
Ideas for your projects:
- create a community garden
- develop an interactive learning material
- organize a photo exhibition on the subject of soil
- organize a regiofair neighbourhood breakfast
But of course you can be even more creative! We are looking forward to your own ideas!
Projects that we have already implemented with groups:
- Developing a barefoot path with students for a school festival
- Gardening and art action with students on and with Schräge Wiese e.V.
- You can find instructions for the art campaign on our Instagram channel
