More than just dirt? - an exhibition about soil, climate and justice
An exhibition of the Rural Voices 2030 project.
The exhibition uses three large-format roll-ups and accompanying posters to show what soil protection has to do with agriculture, climate and justice – and why soils are increasingly under threat. Visitors are invited to understand global connections, discover their own options for action and appreciate the soil beneath our feet more.
The exhibition “MORE THAN JUST DIRT?” makes it clear: healthy soil is vital – yet it is threatened worldwide by overexploitation, land sealing, the climate crisis, and unjust power relations. It highlights how closely soil issues are linked to global justice, agriculture, and consumption patterns. At the same time, the exhibition offers concrete options for individual action. It invites visitors to reflect, participate, and rethink – for a fairer and more sustainable future.
