Brot für die Welt (BfdW) is the development organization of the Protestant churches in Germany, active worldwide. In a consortium project funded by DG INTPA and spanning four Southeast Asian countries, the lead co-applicant withdrew during the first year. This made extensive revisions to the project proposal and the search for a new partner urgently necessary.
First, responsibilities, the activity plan, budget adjustments, and other key points were clarified in a virtual workshop with all partner organizations. finep then took the lead in revising the amendment proposal, coordinating directly with the involved organizations while keeping BfdW continuously informed.
The revised proposal was approved, ensuring that previous investments were preserved and the project goals can continue to be pursued.
