For more than 20 years, the Society for Sustainable Development (GNE) has been offering training programmes in development cooperation and climate protection. Within these six-month programmes, finep conducts the core seminar in the field of development cooperation.
In English-language workshops, participants learn the key analysis and management tools of Project Cycle Management (PCM) through teamwork and practical exercises. Thanks to finep’s long-standing expertise in project management, the training offers an interactive learning approach that links theory with practice and directly addresses real-life challenges in project work. The aim is to equip participants with applicable methods and tools that can be used immediately in their professional practice. The courses are offered online, in person, or in hybrid format and are designed for groups of 12 to 24 participants, ensuring both individual support and exchange within the group.
The courses consistently receive good to very good ratings. After their mandatory internship, the participants also confirm that the skills they acquired were extremely relevant and could be safely applied in practice.
