It was clear to the management duo that shared values and goals are the basis for a common understanding of leadership.
Facilitation of two one-day management meetings.
On a retreat day, it is important to allow for open exchange between participants while also working towards tangible outcomes. We accomplished this by using just a few values as illustrative examples. To make the discussion more constructive, we introduced a model that helps explore the various dimensions of values in everyday contexts.
