The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an international humanitarian organisation that provides protection and prospects for refugees worldwide. For its German section, NRC Germany (NRC DE), finep designed and facilitated a two-day team retreat in Berlin.
In close collaboration with NRC DE, finep designed a comprehensive concept that built on relevant documents and included a well-structured agenda with interactive methods, allowing time for reflection, exchange, and strategic direction. At the retreat, finep led the facilitation and recorded the outcomes through photographic documentation. The event strengthened the team spirit and gave fresh momentum for the ongoing organisational development of NRC DE.
