“Adventure Future” was the motto of the Summer Academy 2025 organized by the Kreisjugendring Esslingen. On the third day, finep took over from the wonderful Isabell Glaser, who had shaped the first two days with inputs, discussions, and a skills course based on the principles of Step into Action.
Our shared day focused on transfer: the participants reflected on their experiences and began working in teams to plan participation projects with children and young people.
In autumn 2026, the Kreisjugendring Esslingen will show with “Future wave – next is now!” how young people have actively shaped their future. finep is supporting the process through consulting and facilitation.
